Soho Beach House enlisted the team to provide owner's representative/project management services during the transition of ownership and substantial design changes to the South Beach version of this iconic London hotel. The project included a complete makeover of all amenity spaces, restoration of the historic hotel lobby to match the original design intent, and improvements to the exterior facades of the building. At the same time, a new 16-story tower was being constructed.

​The team was involved in all aspects of the development, including design, construction, FF&E (procurement and installation), financing, and project accounting. The success of the project was achieved by identifying the key components required to keep the construction process moving by supporting the contractor with constant updates of the progress of the design changes.
