Work & Co is a shared office space consisting of private offices offering access to generous common amenities.  The project consisted of two phases, first on the third floor and a second phase on the second floor of an existing 1960s mixed use building. The new design scope centered around redesigning the main entry stair as a focal point visible from the street leading to the main common area on the second floor. Extensive façade work was done to provide ample natural light to as many of the offices as possible while reimaging the existing precast concrete façade with a new vibrant gradient paint scheme to provide additional curb appeal and a new identity emphasizing the arrival of the new Work & Co spaces within the existing building.
